From maintaining immaculate calendars to coordinating high-stakes meetings and events, your organizational prowess will be invaluable. Prepare to work at the pulse of our operations, interacting with clients, conducting research, and ensuring our executives can perform at their peak.
Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Correspond on behalf of executives via email, phone, and other channels
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
Conduct research and provide summarized findings to executives
Take detailed minutes and action items during meetings
Handle incoming requests and queries from clients and staff
Coordinate logistics for company events, conferences, and visitor arrangements
Perform general administrative duties like filing, data entry, invoice processing
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with online calendaring, travel booking, and expense tracking tools
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and outstanding client service mentality
