Job Description
As an Executive Assistant / General Admin, you’ll be the backbone of our client’s administrative operations, supporting a diverse team across multiple departments. This role offers a unique opportunity to dive into various aspects of a thriving e-mobility business, from data management to high-level meeting coordination. You’ll work directly with key decision-makers, gaining invaluable insights into business operations while honing your skills in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize action plans and project trackers across diverse business areas
- Capture, refine, and distribute meeting minutes for various team meetings, including store manager, tech, and executive sessions
- Extract and organize critical data from the service platform (Hub Tiger) for in-depth analysis
- Drive task completion by following up on assignments and updating project timelines
- Assist with manual reporting tasks, transforming raw data into actionable insights
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple team members, enhancing overall productivity
- Manage calendars and emails efficiently, ensuring smooth communication flow
- Conduct targeted research and compile information to support strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Proven track record in an administrative role, ideally with exposure to C-suite executives
- Strong proficiency in data entry, with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of management
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating seamlessly with team members
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and adaptability to new software tools
- Experience with project management tools is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
