Job Description
Embark on an exciting journey as a 3D Architectural Visualization Specialist, where your creativity and technical skills will bring high-quality 3D renderings to life. You will work on detailed community visualizations, allowing potential homeowners to explore entire developments virtually. With the provided designs, including PDFs of all models and floor plans, you will focus on creating captivating visual experiences that showcase community layouts. Your work will directly impact how clients envision their dream homes, making you an integral part of their journey and the company’s success.
Responsibilities
- Create stunning 3D renderings of floor plans and community developments, focusing on architectural details.
- Develop comprehensive community visualizations, highlighting amenities and overall layout.
- Implement clickable features in community renderings for easy navigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visualizations align with project specifications and timelines.
- Continuously innovate in virtual experience design, bringing unique ideas to life.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of rendering.
Requirements
Proven proficiency in 3D rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools).
Experience in floor plan rendering (architectural design or floor plan creation knowledge is not required, as all designs will be provided).
Ability to work with provided PDFs of models and floor plans to create community developments.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
Exceptional eye for detail and ability to create visually striking designs.
Creative mindset with a talent for enhancing virtual experiences.
Ability to commit to a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week.
