We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. Responsabilities:
Design and manage the development of visually engaging digital and print materials, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, and website elements, ensuring they align with brand strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as developers, marketers, and content creators—to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
Oversee the visual consistency of all design outputs across social media platforms, implementing designs that enhance engagement and drive brand awareness.
Manage project timelines, communicate updates, and provide regular feedback to clients or internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, UX/UI best practices, and emerging technologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns, ensuring cohesive design across all platforms while supporting marketing goals.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and social media projects.
Experience in responsive design and ensuring mobile-first, user-friendly interfaces.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to ensure designs are optimized for performance.
Solid grasp of social media design trends and best practices, with experience creating visually engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Project management skills to oversee design workflows, manage timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders for successful project completion.
Bonus: Knowledge of keyword research, link-building strategies, and technical SEO.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience in Project Management or managing design projects from concept to completion.
Experience with WordPress; knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics is a plus.
