Position: Executive Assistant
Working hours: 9am - 5pm EST
Company location: USA (remote)
Salary: USD$1k - $1.5k / month + PTO
Candidates location: Latam (Latin America)
The company is a small consulting business run by one individual, supported by a few contractors. They offer personalized services across various industries. The executive assistant will support the founder with project management, admin tasks, and organizing workflows, especially in media buying and other business operations. It's a flexible, hands-on role aimed at bringing more efficiency to the company’s processes.
Manage workflows and deadlines for some projects (mainly offline media buying - radio, tv, outdoors...)
Handle administrative tasks (invoices, CRM, reporting...)
Organize Google Drive and assist with communications
Take care of some reports using Spreadsheets, Notion, management tools...
1-3 years of experience in a similar operations/EA role
Experience with administrative tasks (invoices, CRMs, reporting)
Familiarity with Notion, management tools, and Google Drive
Experience managing offline media buying (TV, radio, out-of-home)
