Position Summary

Are you passionate about using your design skills to make a real difference in people’s lives? As a Senior Visual Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in translating cutting-edge behavioral science into purposeful, impactful visual imagery that influences positive behavior change and improves health outcomes. You’ll bridge the gap between art and science, collaborating with experts across disciplines—scientists, researchers, and content specialists—to create designs that resonate and inspire.

In this role, you’ll mentor and guide a talented visual designer, sharing best practices, encouraging creative growth, and providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential. As a key contact for visual design, you’ll ensure that every project aligns with both creative vision and project goals, meeting deadlines with a pragmatic, user-centered approach.

From research studies to marketing campaigns and presentations, your work will have a lasting impact, helping to shape visual assets that elevate our mission.

This role is remote within the US.
