Job Description

Responsibilities
- Craft and refine contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
- Design eye-catching marketing materials using Canva, showcasing properties in their best light
- Develop custom presentations that captivate potential clients and showcase property features
- Conduct in-depth research to support property listings and market analysis
- Manage email communications efficiently, drafting responses that maintain client relationships
- Update and maintain property listings in specialized marketing databases
- Utilize Client Look CRM to optimize customer relationship management
- Assist with administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements
- Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal
- Strong grammar and writing abilities, with a knack for American English style
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with or eagerness to master Canva and other design tools
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Interest in or basic understanding of commercial real estate (preferred)
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in Eastern Time zone
- Comfortable in a remote work setting with regular digital communication
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and concurrent project management
- Collaborative spirit and willingness to contribute to process improvements
