Wednesday to Sunday, 3pm to 12am Eastern with an hour unpaid break
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and address inquiries professionally
Navigate the company’s proprietary dashboard to manage user accounts and process refunds
Provide technical support for e-scooter-related issues, including remote locking/unlocking
Troubleshoot basic problems reported by customers using the e-scooter fleet
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to learn and efficiently navigate new software systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Customer service experience preferred
Comfortable working with technology and quick to adapt to new tools
