TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager - ACTIVE POOLING

As a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the affiliate program for the TikTok Shop. You will work closely with affiliate partners to drive engagement, increase sales, and foster long-term relationships. Your role will involve managing the recruitment process, providing support and guidance to affiliates, and implementing strategies to maximize program performance.

Responsibilities:

Affiliate Recruitment:

• Identify and recruit potential affiliates who align with the TikTok Shop's brand values and target audience.

• Develop outreach strategies to attract high-quality partners and grow the affiliate network.

• Regularly send TikTok Shop affiliate invites and emails to source new partners.

Onboarding and Training:

• Guide new affiliates through the onboarding process, providing them with the necessary resources, training materials, and support to effectively promote TikTok Shop products.
• Educate affiliates on best practices for content creation, promotion strategies, and compliance with program guidelines

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, serving as their main point of contact for inquiries, assistance, and feedback.
• Proactively communicate with affiliates to keep them informed about new product launches, promotions, and program updates.

Performance Tracking:

• Monitor the performance of affiliate partners and track key metrics such as clicks, conversions, and revenue generated.

Optimization Strategies:
