Work Status:Full Time
Work Schedule:Mondays to Fridays 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Manila time
Break:1 Hour Unpaid
The client is Australia’s leading business coaching and training provider for high-growth entrepreneurs.
We have an exciting opportunity for a new Senior Graphic Designer to join their growing team in Manila so they can continue to tell the client's story and empower entrepreneurs everywhere to build great businesses and live meaningful lives. This role will report into our Creative Lead in Manila, and work closely with our wider Creative Services Team in Manila (which includes, Video Editors, Graphic Designers and Content Producers), plus the wider Marketing Team in Sydney.
This role will let you unleash your creative capabilities and produce work that is seen by hundreds of thousands of people for both the client and the client's founder.
The key day-to-day responsibilities will be to:
● Lead design projects from concept to completion while closely following creative briefs. Ensure all necessary information and assets are gathered for production.
● Own the creation and continuous improvement of graphic content for targeted campaigns across digital, social and offline channels, keeping in
touch with the latest industry trends to enhance our outputs.
● Design visually appealing marketing materials that align with strategic marketing goals.
● Ensure brand consistency across all design assets and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
● Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop engaging content and effective campaigns.
● Analyze the performance of design assets to continuously refine and improve engagement.
● Take ownership of creative assets for the client’s Digital Agency, catering to the design needs of our members' businesses.
● Manage multiple projects and deadlines; prioritize projects accordingly
They're looking for:
● Extensive Adobe Suite Design Experience (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
● A creative thinker / problem-solver
● 3-5 years of print and digital design
● 2-5 years working within a marketing team
● Experience producing marketing content for social media
● Always up-to-date on graphic design trends and best practices
● Ability to plan and execute design concepts from scratch
● A keen eye for visual composition
● Strong prioritisation and time management skills
● The ability to maintain brand integrity and strong visual aesthetics across all creatives (Must have a strong understanding in Branding)
