GotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic Head of Product and Content Marketing to join our Marketing Team.
This will be a hybrid position: you must be located and resident within Atlanta (Georgia) or Denver (Colorado) or willing to relocate to either of these locations.
The start date for the position is January 1.
As the Head of Product and Content Marketing at GotPhoto, you will lead the developing and executing of our product and content marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and perception, drive customer engagement, and, most important, increase net new revenue. Working closely with our wider marketing and sales teams, your key responsibilities will encompass a few areas:
Come up with powerful product narratives and impactful go-to-market plans for new products and features
Develop clear and compelling value propositions, positioning statements, and messaging that differentiate the product from competitors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and successful product launches and promotions
Understand the competitive landscape and lead market research to find the unique position for GotPhoto products, identify market trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Engage with customers and leverage customer insights to build stronger messaging, ensuring strong customer’s voice in product communications
Work with product management to align on the best roadmap and launch priorities based on market feedback
Support Product with key insights from our customers and markets to elevate effectivity of our product and product-market-fit
Develop and execute content marketing strategies covering end-to-end customer journey to maximize engagement and revenue from content marketing efforts
Engage third-party agencies to accelerate the speed and quality of production
Utilize data-driven insights to measure content marketing performance and provide ideas for further growth
Build enablement discipline and key assets such as sales presentations, battle cards, and objection-handling guides.
Generate key insights from the market and build out further market analysis and research to enhance our internal knowledge
Lead the product & content marketing team of 5, building smooth internal operations and supporting team professional growth and personal development.
Minimum of 8 years in product marketing and content marketing; both B2B and B2C experience are welcome
3+ years of experience growing and leading high-performing teams
Proven strong leadership and team management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication, stand-out presentation skills, with an ability to turn complex matters into exciting storytelling
Experience developing compelling internal content and training for sales, customer support, and marketing as well as effective external product marketing assets including videos, demos, one-pagers, and sales pitches
Track record of leading successful new product launches including GTM strategy
Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data
