Job Description

As a TikTok Affiliate Outreach Specialist, you’ll spearhead our expansion into the dynamic TikTok shop ecosystem. You’ll connect with content creators, build our affiliate network, and play a crucial role in our growth strategy. This position blends creativity with data-driven outreach, offering a unique opportunity to shape our social media marketing approach. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools and strategies, including automated outreach systems and personalized messaging, to engage thousands of potential affiliates weekly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outreach to 2000+ potential TikTok shop affiliates weekly
  
• We need 100-200 customized messages sentdaily
  
• Manage and optimize automated outreach tools for mass communication
  
• Identify and engage with creators whose content aligns with our brand
  
• Create compelling invitations for VIP affiliates to join our program
  
• Track outreach metrics and affiliate program performance
  
• Collaborate with TikTok shop representatives to refine strategies
  
• Occasionally send follow-up emails to high-priority creators
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in TikTok and other social media platforms
  
• Strong written communication skills with a flair for engaging content
  
• Ability to tailor messages to diverse creator profiles
  
• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing concepts
  
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  
• Familiarity with e-commerce and the supplements industry is a plus
  
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
  
• Commitment to a 2-3 month initial contract, with potential for extension
