Job Description

As the Personal Assistant / Admin, you’ll be at the heart of this fast-paced company’s financial operations. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the company’s financial health and supporting its continued growth. You’ll handle a diverse range of tasks, from calculating sales commissions to conducting data analysis and improving customer account management. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in financial administration, data analysis, and customer relations while making a significant impact on the company’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate and process sales commissions for the company’s growing sales team
  • Conduct professional collection calls to manage past-due customer accounts
  • Analyze and manipulate data using advanced Excel functions to identify and correct entry errors
  • Create insightful charts and presentations to visualize financial and operational data
  • Assist with various administrative and financial tasks to support the CFO
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives as the company scales

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and charting capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively
  • Experience with financial data analysis and reporting
  • Comfortable making professional phone calls for collections
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Preference for candidates able to work core hours of 8 AM to 4 PM Central Time
