Job Description
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the visual identity for this dynamic health food brand. You’ll work in a fast-paced, creative environment, translating product launches and marketing campaigns into compelling visual content across various digital platforms. This role offers a unique blend of creative freedom and strategic thinking, as you’ll be tasked with maintaining brand consistency while bringing fresh ideas to life. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team, contributing to email campaigns, social media content, and advertising materials that resonate with health-conscious consumers. This position is ideal for a designer who thrives in a growth-oriented environment and is passionate about combining aesthetics with effective marketing in the health and wellness space.
Responsibilities
- Craft visually stunning email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, driving engagement and conversions
- Design eye-catching social media content for Instagram, including main feed posts and stories that capture the brand’s essence
- Transform product launches and marketing initiatives into visually compelling assets across various digital platforms
- Collaborate on creating impactful Facebook and Google ad creatives to boost brand visibility and drive sales
- Uphold and evolve brand guidelines, infusing fresh, creative ideas into each project
- Work in tandem with the current senior designer to manage efficiently and distribute the design workload
- Actively participate in weekly team calls, contributing ideas and insights to drive the brand’s visual strategy
- Analyze design performance through analytics and sales data, continuously refining your approach for maximum impact
Requirements
- 3 - 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a strong focus on e-commerce and digital marketing
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to efficiently produce high-quality designs
- Proficiency in Figma and basic motion graphics skills to create dynamic, engaging content
- Proven track record in email marketing design, particularly using the Klaviyo platform
- Deep understanding of social media design best practices, especially for Instagram
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit for seamless teamwork
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and Slack
- Passion for health, wellness, and natural products is a significant plus
- Flexibility to align with Australia time zone (approximately 9 AM to 1 PM Philippines time)
- Enthusiasm for contributing to major sales events, including Black Friday campaigns
