Job Description

As a WordPress Developer with SEO expertise, you’ll play a pivotal role in a large-scale website enhancement project for a growing travel insurance company. You’ll be responsible for optimizing and updating over 100 WordPress sites, focusing on content creation, SEO implementation, and technical improvements. This position offers a blend of creative and technical work, allowing you to leverage your WordPress skills while diving deep into SEO strategies. You’ll have the opportunity to significantly impact the company’s online presence, working on a diverse range of tasks from content writing to analytics setup.

Responsibilities

• Craft engaging, SEO-optimized content for multiple travel insurance websites
  
• Implement and maintain WordPress sites, including plugin management and theme customization
  
• Conduct data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date information across all sites
  
• Update visual elements such as logos and footers to maintain brand consistency
  
• Set up and configure Google Analytics to track website performance metrics
  
• Apply SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility and rankings
  
• Ensure all content and website elements comply with travel insurance industry regulations
  
• Collaborate with the client to understand specific requirements and implement changes across multiple websites
  

Requirements

• Proven experience with WordPress, including proficiency in theme customization and plugin management
  
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and ability to implement effective optimization strategies
  
• Excellent writing skills with the capacity to produce engaging, compliant content for the travel insurance sector
  
• Familiarity with Google Analytics setup and basic data interpretation
  
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  
• Basic understanding of web development concepts and best practices
