Team/ Role Paragraph-

As a Content Strategy Lead for the Compliance Content team, you will partner with the CX Operations, Financial Crimes Investigations and Risk, CX Programs, QA and L&D teams to develop and continuously improve the desktop procedures, job aids, customer communications and other knowledge artifacts used by Coinbase’s L1 and L2 Compliance analysts to complete transaction monitoring case work.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

• Develop and maintain clear, easy to follow process documentation in Contentful, our content management system.
• Critically review analyst processes and job aids, checking for logic, usability, completeness and adherence to the underlying policies.
• Conduct thorough content audits and gap analyses to identify and surface opportunities to eliminate, automate or optimize process inefficiencies.
• Monitor and analyze user feedback and metrics to identify opportunities for further optimization.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, effective change communication, and accountability in optimizing CX Compliance content within our internal knowledge base

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

• Bachelor's degree
• Clear, concise communication and the ability to distill complex concepts and information into simple language
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Experience developing and managing desktop procedures, training content, internal documentation, Help Center content and/or change management in financial services or other highly regulated industries
• Flexible teammate, adaptable to the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast-paced organization

Nice to haves:

• Experience working in Jira, Contentful, and Salesforce
• Solid understanding of crypto/web3 and familiarity with Coinbase products
• Background in financial crimes compliance a plus
• LSS certification a plus
