This is a remote position.

Schedule:

25 hours per week; Monday to Thursday 11:30am - 2:30pm with 2 hour unpaid break 4:30pm-6:30pm; Friday 10am-1pm with 1 hour unpaid break 2pm-4pm New Jersey Time

Scope:

  • Collaborate directly with you to align marketing efforts with overall business goals

  • Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling regular posts to maintain consistent engagement

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support lead generation and business growth

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of newsletters and other email marketing content

  • Set up and optimize social media advertising campaigns

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics for all digital marketing efforts

  • Support the upcoming rebranding initiative, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and grow the business

  • Assist in the production and management of digital content, including workout videos and nutritional content

  • Create and manage email newsletters using Flowdesk

  • Set up and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns

  • Engage with the online community and foster growth

  • Support the overall digital marketing strategy, including SEO and content marketing

  • Assist in the upcoming rebranding initiative

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing (Must submit social media portfolio/sample works)

  • Familiarity with health and wellness industry trends

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

  • Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Flowdesk

  • Knowledge of social media advertising, especially on Facebook and Instagram

  • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic graphic design

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
