Job Description

As a Senior SEO Specialist, you’ll spearhead organic growth initiatives for a diverse client portfolio. This role demands expertise in developing and implementing advanced SEO strategies, staying ahead of industry trends, and driving measurable results. You’ll work with a global team, leveraging your skills to optimize websites, conduct in-depth keyword research, and provide data-driven insights. Responsibilities

• Craft and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to client needs
  
• Perform advanced keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  
• Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements for maximum impact
  
• Utilize cutting-edge SEO tools to monitor and analyze website performance
  
• Stay at the forefront of SEO trends and algorithm updates, implementing changes proactively
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing strategies
  
• Deliver insightful reports and presentations on SEO performance to clients
  
• Help mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of SEO excellence
  

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as an SEO specialist or similar role
• Proven track record as an SEO specialist, preferably in an agency setting
  
• Deep understanding of SEO best practices, tools, and emerging techniques
  
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective remote collaboration
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
  
• Proficiency in content management systems and working knowledge of HTML
  
• Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and industry-leading SEO software
  
• Ability to contribute to the agency’s overall SEO strategy and best practices
  
• Experience in mentoring team members and participating in client-facing meetings
  
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with a global team
