Differentiate between the company and vendors on invoices

Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data entry
Communicate effectively with the finance team for clarifications or assistance
Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to read and interpret invoices correctly
Billing or finance experience
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Confidence to ask questions and seek clarification when needed
Ability to work independently after initial training
Basic understanding of financial documents and invoices
Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry software
