Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, digitally savvy Influencer Marketing Specialist with expertise in TikTok and its influencer ecosystem. This role focuses on high-volume outreach to TikTok creators, managing relationships, and executing influencer marketing campaigns aimed at generating content and driving sales through TikTok Shop and TikTok Spark Ads. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and influencer marketing, and be skilled at leveraging TikTok creators to generate high-quality content and maximize TikTok Shop revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creator Outreach & Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with TikTok influencers, focusing on high-performing creators aligned with our brand.

    • Conduct high-volume outreach to creators weekly, inviting them to collaborate with us on TikTok Shop based on their niche, audience, and content style.
      ○ Build strong relationships with TikTok Shop influencers to ensure consistent content production and long-term partnerships.

  • Campaign Management:

    • Review TikTok Shop sample requests daily, analyzing influencers based on their follower count, video views, engagement rates, and content quality.

    • Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring influencers receive product samples and create content in a timely manner.

    • Manage communications with TikTok Shop affiliates, addressing their questions about product approvals, shipping, posting requirements, and collaboration opportunities.

  • Performance Tracking & Analytics:

    • Monitor TikTok Shop videos daily, tracking key performance metrics such as views, engagement, and sales generated.

    • Analyze the performance of influencer campaigns and optimize outreach

    • strategies based on data insights.

    • Reach out to viral TikTok creators to retrieve Spark Ad codes and collaborate with the paid media team to launch Spark Ads, maximizing visibility and sales.

  • Content Creation & Strategy:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative strategies and content ideas that align with TikTok trends and drive engagement.

    • Develop and curate content ideas for TikTok, ensuring consistency with the brand’s messaging and goals.

    • Stay updated on emerging trends, competitor activity, and new technologies to keep our influencer marketing strategies relevant and effective.

  • Affiliate & Content Management:

    • Foster positive relationships with influencers through direct communication on TikTok and via other appropriate channels.

    • Ensure that all TikTok content is linked directly to TikTok Shop and aligned with the brand’s promotional goals.

    • Focus on optimizing high-quality content from affiliates to maximize TikTok Shop revenue, including evaluating the use of Spark Ads to amplify successful posts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, specifically managing relationships with TikTok creators.

  • Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform, trends, and TikTok Shop.

  • Experience working with TikTok affiliates and Spark Ads.

  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and campaigns while staying organized.

  • Proficient in analyzing performance metrics such as video views, engagement rates, and sales data.

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build rapport with influencers.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute engaging content strategies.
