Job Overview:As a Customer Service Representative and Executive Assistant, you’ll be the vital link between cutting-edge medical science and exceptional customer care. You’ll interact with medical professionals, pharmacies, and partners across North America, representing a company at the forefront of hormone therapy innovation. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to dive deep into the world of bioidentical medicine while honing your communication and problem-solving skills. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients, while also supporting the executive team in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities:- Handle 10-30 daily calls from medical providers, pharmacies, and B2B clients
- Provide clear, professional information about hormone therapy products and services
- Resolve complex inquiries related to highly regulated products
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Manage administrative tasks supporting executive team members
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry regulations
- Contribute to maintaining strong partner and client relationships
- Assist in company expansion efforts as they grow to 1,000 locations
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Quick learner capable of understanding and explaining complex medical concepts
- Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings
- Background in nursing, pharmacy, or related medical field is a plus
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive training in hormone therapy
- Capacity to align work hours with Eastern Standard Time zone
- Enthusiasm for contributing to a mission-driven healthcare company
