Job Overview:As a Customer Service Representative and Executive Assistant, you’ll be the vital link between cutting-edge medical science and exceptional customer care. You’ll interact with medical professionals, pharmacies, and partners across North America, representing a company at the forefront of hormone therapy innovation. This dual role offers a unique opportunity to dive deep into the world of bioidentical medicine while honing your communication and problem-solving skills. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining strong relationships with partners and clients, while also supporting the executive team in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle 10-30 daily calls from medical providers, pharmacies, and B2B clients
  • Provide clear, professional information about hormone therapy products and services
  • Resolve complex inquiries related to highly regulated products
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage administrative tasks supporting executive team members
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and industry regulations
  • Contribute to maintaining strong partner and client relationships
  • Assist in company expansion efforts as they grow to 1,000 locations

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Quick learner capable of understanding and explaining complex medical concepts
  • Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings
  • Background in nursing, pharmacy, or related medical field is a plus
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
  • Willingness to undergo comprehensive training in hormone therapy
  • Capacity to align work hours with Eastern Standard Time zone
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to a mission-driven healthcare company
