Summary of the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience with our client's products. Your strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be essential in fostering positive relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Freshdesk tickets to address website-related inquiries.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to Amazon orders.
  • Process cancellations and refunds efficiently.
  • Coordinate order replacements as needed.
  • Respond to Klaviyo messages for customers who reach out via text.
  • Reach out to international customers via email regarding incomplete shipping details.
  • Monitor on-hold orders and investigate the reasons for delays.
  • Manage inquiries related to Macy’s orders.
  • Moderate and respond to comments and messages on social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), including advertisements.
  • Assist the team with ad-hoc projects, such as shipping samples to clients and influencers.
  • Moderate Okendo reviews and respond appropriately.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (C1 English level required)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Must be able to work on Slack for team communication.
  • Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST or close to it.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
