Cold Caller (Lead Generation)

Work schedule: flexible anytime (Client Time: Dallas, TX)

Scope:

  • Make outbound calls for 20-40 hours per week

  • Work remotely from home office

  • Collaborate with the wholesale real estate team to achieve company goals

  • Adapt to evolving strategies and techniques in lead generation

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential leads using provided lists

  • Perform skip tracing to locate and contact property owners

  • Qualify leads based on company criteria

  • Overcome objections and build rapport with potential clients

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated

  • Basic understanding of real estate terminology

  • Proficiency in using computers and CRM software

  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively
