We’re looking for an Personal Assistant for a 12 month period to provide efficient, effective, and proactive support to our HR team.
As a Personal Assistant it will be important you can work with discretion, confidentially, are organised and want to go above and beyond.
This isn’t just an opportunity to be a Personal Assistant to the Head of Resourcing and the Academy, we are looking for someone who wants to grow a career into HR, exploring and owning projects and wanting to develop into the wider HR team.
Key accountabilities will include:
We’re looking for someone with integrity and curiosity, who can hit the ground running, has excellent organisation and time management skills, and can effectively communicate with the stakeholders.
You’ll need to be empathetic, a forward thinker and have the courage to challenge upwards appropriately.
It’s important that you have worked in a similar role previously, with demonstrable experience in diary management, managing mailboxes, organising meetings and travel, and preparing presentations.
