Pinterest is looking for a Senior Staff Product Designer to support our Curation Design team and help us build the future of Boards on Pinterest.
What you’ll do:
- Leverage your multidisciplinary toolkit to explore and prototype within the complex space of Boards and saved contentLead design work and inspire teammates to continually elevate the design direction and product quality across CurationPartner across Design, Product and Engineering stakeholders to help define the key results and identify the most impactful features to build and explore
- Contribute to build a successful, collaborative environment that encourages deep partnership with cross-functional teams and sets a high bar for design craft
- Champion customer-centricity, accessibility and inclusion, and good design choices across functions
- Influence product strategy and enable your team to create elegant designs that solve complex problems
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years in Product Design (or equivalent) and 3+ years experience building and growing multi-disciplinary design teams and with digital products especially building design systems for native app platforms
- High design craft and experience in multiple design fields (UX, UI, design systems, prototyping) and prior work demonstrating a strong design process, clear insights, and problem solving
- Proven ability to work closely with your cross-functional partners to paint a long-term vision, develop a path to get there, and iterate in the short-term to meet long-term goals
- Proven track record of being able to balance ambiguity, fast iterative sprints, business awareness, technology, organizational agility, research and data insights, and high design quality

- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
