Our Customer Support Specialist
- Communicates with corporate customers and business partners
- Investigates and improves of customer claims up to approved authority levels
- Interacts with other departments to resolve customer situations
- Works in an international and dynamic environment
About you
Our ideal colleague:
- Has good teamwork skills and cheerful attitude
- Feels comfortable speaking Spanish and English
- Owns the ability to prioritize and perform work
- Can multi-task and respond to rapid change without any worries
- Understands well the principles and foundations of MS Office Programs
