Are you passionate about helping others and looking for an exciting new opportunity? Join our Customer Contact Centre as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and become the voice of our organization! We're seeking dedicated individuals to respond to inquiries about our teacher certification programs and provide high-quality support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, Live Chat, and emails to assist examinees with certification programs, website issues, complaints, and more
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely resolutions using various resources (systems, websites, published materials)
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, escalating complex technical issues when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Follow established security procedures and guidelines to protect customer information

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous inbound call centre experience with exceptional customer service.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), strong organizational and time management abilities, and excellent communication skills (Spanish is a plus!)
  • Attention to Detail: Strong listening skills and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating websites, PC operations, and using customer relationship management systems

What can Pearson offer you?

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York State, New York City, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay rate for this position is as follows:

The hourly rate for this role is $17.20
