B2B Lead Generation outreach Specialist

This is a remote position. Full-time (40 hours a week) Flexible within PST work hours 6am - 8pm (9pm - 11am Manila Time) as long as there is at least a 4-hour overlap Scope: • Identify and pursue potential clients through targeted outreach and lead generation, focusing on selling a wide range of agency services.

Scope:
  • Identify and pursue potential clients through targeted outreach and lead generation, focusing on selling a wide range of agency services.
  • Qualify opportunities and present tailored solutions that align with client needs, emphasizing the agency's long-standing expertise and success.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to the successful closing of deals, ensuring sustained revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute aligned strategies that support both sales and marketing objectives.
  • Consistently provide detailed reporting on sales activities and manage a robust sales pipeline to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outreach and lead generation activities to identify potential clients specifically for agency services, leveraging the agency's established reputation of over 20 years.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities through diligent research and initial conversations, ensuring a high-quality client base.
  • Present the agency's service offerings and propose tailored solutions to meet client needs effectively.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a consistent pipeline and conversion rate.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and leverage existing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Provide detailed reporting on sales activities and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with substantial experience in an agency or consulting environment, selling agency services; must have B2B Sales experience
  • Agency experience highly preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively manage client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a consultative and persistent approach to sales, capable of independently driving efforts to secure new business.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools, ideally with previous sales or marketing roles within an agency setting considered a significant plus.
  • Must have direct experience in agency settings, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in selling creative and strategic services.
