Job/Company Overview: The prospect run an Airbnb property management company based in Nashville, Tennessee. They manage around 20 individual houses listed across platforms like Airbnb, VRBO etc., with a total of 35-40 listings accounting for multi-unit properties.
●Respond to guest inquiries across multiple channels (email, messaging apps) in a timely and brand-consistent manner
● Update reservation details, fees, charges in property management software (GuestUI)
● Coordinate with cleaning crews, schedule inspections using software like Breezeway
● Manage back-end operational tasks like tracking refunds, processing payments etc.
● Provide exceptional service to guests, resolving issues and ensuring a seamless experience
● Prior experience in the vacation rental/property management industry
● Familiarity with property management software like GuestUI, Breezeway or similar platforms
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
● Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
As this is work from home, you need your own computer and internet to support calls and video call/meetings.
