Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind connecting commercial organizations with game-changing energy-saving opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to commercial organizations, navigating through gatekeepers to reach decision-makers
  • Qualify leads based on their energy needs, focusing on opportunities for cost savings and renewable energy adoption
  • Schedule appointments for senior sales representatives, setting the stage for high-value deals
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in the company’s CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation targets, contributing to the team’s £10,000 monthly goal
  • Stay ahead of the curve by continuously updating your knowledge on energy market trends and renewable technologies
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead qualification criteria and improve conversion rates


Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or lead generation, with experience in the energy sector highly valued
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade decision-makers over the phone
  • Resilience and drive to thrive in a high-volume call environment
  • Fundamental understanding of energy procurement and renewable energy solutions
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated with a hunger for success and the ability to work independently
