Overview of the Role:

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Responsibilities:

• Brand Identity & Visual Design: Develop and maintain company's visual identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and design.
• Design engaging graphics for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, website, and advertising.
• Collaborate with the product development team to design and iterate on product packaging that reflects our brand's ethos.
• Create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and other promotional items.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with our strategic goals.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep our designs fresh and competitive.
• Receive and implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and perfect designs.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or consumer goods industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience with web design and UX/UI principles is a plus.
• Ability to create both digital and print-ready designs.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and the ability to create visually cohesive campaigns.
• A passion for creativity and innovation, with the ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas to life.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
