The Role Highlights 💡

Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and execution of SEO and ASO strategies to drive organic growth and visibility across web and mobile platforms.
2. Optimize web content and app store listings to enhance discoverability, improve rankings, and increase conversions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO/ASO strategies with business goals and ensure continuous improvement.

A Day In Your Life:

SEO:

• Develop, execute, and continuously optimize SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
• Lead comprehensive SEO audits to ensure best practices in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
• Optimize existing content and tutor listing pages to drive higher rankings for key commercial keywords (e.g., "مدرس انجليزي، مدرس خصوصي...").
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with growth and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Google Analytics 4, providing actionable insights to improve rankings and traffic.

ASO:

• Develop and implement ASO strategies to improve the visibility and ranking of AlGooru’s mobile apps in the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).
• Optimize app titles, descriptions, tags, and visuals (screenshots, icons) to increase organic downloads and improve conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing terms that can be used in app store listings.
• Monitor app store rankings, user reviews, and ratings to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create promotional content and campaigns to enhance app discoverability.

Requirements

You’re the Senior SEO & ASO Specialist we’re looking for if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of improving rankings and organic traffic
• At least 1 year of ASO experience, with expertise in optimizing app listings for iOS and Android
• Advanced knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and ASO optimization techniques
• Proficient in keyword research and content optimization for both web and app platforms
• Ability to analyze data and provide detailed, actionable insights
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with content, product, and marketing teams
• Marketplace experience is a plus
