About the team
Reporting, Accounting & Data Services is the throughline of nearly every core product Stripe offers. It’s a new and fast growing org at the company, solving urgent needs for all types of merchants coming into the Stripe dashboard trying to understand the health of their business. Our design team has the unique challenge of helping define the strategy for what many reporting and accounting Stripe experiences can and should look like based on a deep understanding of the everyday needs of our merchants. These workflows touch some of the most used surfaces in the Stripe dashboard.

What you’ll do
In this role you’ll work on a mix of new feature development and product quality improvements to our most frequently used dashboard workflows. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering partners across several different teams to shape and execute a range of design solutions for our merchant users.

Working remotely at Stripe
A remote location, in most cases, is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. While you would be welcome to come into the office for team/business meetings, on-sites, meet-ups, and events, our expectation is you would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. We encourage you to apply for roles that match the location where you currently or plan to live.
Pay and benefits
Stripe does not yet include pay ranges in job postings in every country. Stripe strongly values pay transparency and is working toward pay transparency globally.
We look forward to hearing from you
