• SEO Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive user acquisition.
• Keyword Research: Perform detailed keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities, relevant to our audience, and optimize content accordingly.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking structures to enhance search visibility.
• Technical SEO: Conduct regular audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, site speed, mobile optimization, and schema markup.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to provide SEO recommendations for blog posts, landing pages, and other content pieces, ensuring they align with our SEO strategy.
• Link Building: Develop and execute a white-hat link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative websites.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software. Provide regular reports and insights to the team, and use data to inform decisions and strategies.
• Competitor Analysis: Keep a close eye on competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities and threats, and adjust the SEO strategy as needed.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure SuperTokens remains competitive in search rankings.
5+ years of SEO experience, including content, technical, on-site, and off-site SEO.
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, with a strong track record of improving organic search performance.
Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
Familiarity with technical SEO, including site audits, page speed optimization, and mobile SEO.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for staying ahead of SEO trends and continuously improving.
Experience with open-source projects or developer-focused products is a plus.
Strong preference for candidates with a technical background such as a degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
