Scope:
Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM NY Time (9 PM to 6 AM PHT) with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Identify and reach out to potential clients in various industries, including restaurants and car dealerships
Manage and optimize email campaigns to improve response rates
Utilize provided tools and subscriptions for lead generation and outreach
Maintain and update the sales pipeline in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to refine targeting and outreach strategies
Assist in creating and managing social media content for lead generation purposes
Continuously learn about industry trends in OTT and CTV advertising to improve outreach effectiveness
Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers in various industries
Manage and improve existing cold email campaigns
Utilize creative methods to find and approach leads
Reach out to potential clients via email and other non-phone communication methods
Manage and update the company’s CRM system
Craft and send email templates and sequences
Book appointments and manage the sales calendar
Assist in managing social media presence (Facebook, Instagram)
Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation or similar role in B2B sales
Excellent written communication skills in English
Proficiency in using CRM systems and email marketing tools
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
Basic understanding of OTT and CTV advertising landscapes
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Adaptability to learn and use new tools and technologies
