Scope:
20 hours per week; flexible hours, preferably afternoons and evenings during the week, Ashburn, VA Time
Remote work with the ability to make phone calls during business hours
Primarily focused on personal and family administration, with some professional task support
May require occasional availability outside standard business hours for urgent matters
Direct communication with the client’s children may be necessary
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple calendars, including scheduling and rescheduling various appointments (medical, school, extracurricular activities)
Make phone calls to healthcare providers, schools, and other relevant parties for appointment scheduling and information gathering
Assist with personal administration tasks and general household management
Conduct general research to support legal work and other professional tasks
Send reminders and updates to family members about their schedules and commitments
Handle email communications related to family and household matters
Support with organizing and coordinating extracurricular activities (e.g., sports schedules)
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using digital calendars and basic office software
Ability to work independently and proactively
Discretion and reliability in handling sensitive personal information
Comfortable interacting with children and teenagers in a professional manner
Basic understanding of or willingness to learn about legal and government work environments
