Responsibilities:
Answering Calls:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding cleaning services promptly and professionally.
Provide information on available cleaning packages and tailor offerings to meet customer needs.
Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule cleaning appointments efficiently, considering customer preferences and availability.
Ensure timely communication with customers regarding scheduled services.
Recording Quality Issues:
Document and report any quality issues or concerns raised by customers during or after cleaning services.
Collaborate with the cleaning team to address and resolve quality-related matters.
Quoting:
Provide accurate and transparent quotes for cleaning services based on the scope of work.
Clearly communicate pricing details and any additional information necessary for customer understanding.
Requesting Feedback:
Actively seek feedback on the cleanliness and satisfaction levels from customers.
Utilize feedback to continuously improve the quality of our cleaning services.
Follow-up with Leads:
Reach out to potential customers expressing interest in our cleaning services.
Provide detailed information, answer inquiries, and follow up to convert leads into satisfied customers.
Requesting Reviews:
Encourage customers to share their positive experiences by leaving reviews.
Monitor and manage online reviews, addressing any specific feedback related to cleaning services.
Requirements
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Organized with strong multitasking abilities.
Previous experience in customer service or cleaning services is advantageous.
Familiarity with scheduling software and CRM systems is a plus.
