This is a remote position.
The Creative Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital marketing strategies, maintaining our website, and supporting our social media presence. This individual will also assist with various business administration tasks, ensuring smooth operations and fostering growth. While it’s understood that candidates may not tick every box, we are seeking someone with a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for creativity and for learning.
Schedule: 20 hours a week, flexible during business hours
Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Update and maintain the company website, ensuring content is current and aligned with our brand.
Social Media Management:
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms.
Monitor social media trends and engage with our audience to foster community.
Business Administration Support:
Assist in general administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and project management.
Help in the development of business proposals and reports.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with CEO to support project needs and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Provide regular updates on tasks and projects to ensure alignment with company goals.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
