We're looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. If you're passionate about sales and possess strong organizational skills, this role is perfect for you. Responsibilities:

  • Follow the company's values, vision, and mission.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients with the aim of generating leads and scheduling appointments.
  • Pre-screen leads to ensure they meet our criteria and qualify as potential prospects.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and update the CRM system accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize lead generation and follow-up processes.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to the sales manager.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments for the sales team as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Setshape CRM, and CallTools, or a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Prior experience in Real Estate sales would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Proven experience in outbound (cold calling) sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients over the phone.

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
