Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our client’s growth strategy, identifying and qualifying potential clients in the lucrative housing service sector. Leveraging state-of-the-art tools and your sharp business acumen, you’ll build a robust pipeline of qualified leads for businesses generating $500,000+ in annual revenue. This role offers a unique opportunity to hone your skills in B2B outreach, data analysis, and strategic communication while contributing directly to the company’s expansion in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.


Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate 100-200 potential leads weekly

• Qualify leads based on specific criteria, aiming for a 10% qualification rate
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients using CRM systems
• Analyze outreach effectiveness and continuously refine lead generation strategies
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
• Provide detailed weekly reports on lead generation activities and results
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform outreach strategies



Requirements


• Proven track record in B2B lead generation, preferably in software or service industries

• Proficiency with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and suggest improvements
• Self-motivated with a knack for working independently in a remote setting
