Job Description

As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in guiding self-employed clients through the intricacies of tax credit applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping individuals who missed work due to COVID-19 secure valuable tax credits from the IRS. This position offers a unique blend of customer service and financial assistance, allowing you to make a tangible difference in people’s lives while developing your skills in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through tax credit application processes, providing clear explanations and support
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure application completion and address client concerns
  • Seamlessly switch between English and Spanish to serve a diverse client base
  • Relay critical information, issues, or client needs to the internal team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Utilize various software tools, including Windows and Google Suite applications
  • Multitask effectively while managing a high volume of client interactions
  • Stay informed about evolving tax credit regulations and company procedures


Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Windows and Google Suite applications
  • Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple, understandable terms
  • Comfortable discussing financial matters and handling sensitive information
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Pleasant speaking voice and professional demeanor
  • 5-10 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
