About the Company:
Our client is a leading provider of plumbing services in the Pacific Northwest, dedicated to delivering top-notch residential and commercial solutions with a commitment to exceptional customer service, skilled craftsmanship, and integrity.
Role Overview:
As an SEO Specialist, you’ll spearhead the development and execution of innovative digital marketing strategies to drive online/SEO growth. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional eager to create impactful campaigns, manage multi-channel initiatives, and collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve business objectives.
Your Impact:
Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the company’s online presence, optimizing campaign performance, and driving lead generation and conversion, positioning our client as a leader in the plumbing services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO and Local Search Optimization:
- Optimize Google Local Search and Maps listings for increased local visibility.
- Build and manage backlinks, starting with directory listings.
- Conduct ongoing SEO optimization to improve site ranking and organic traffic.
- Monitor and adjust SEO strategies based on performance and industry trends.
2. Digital Campaign Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Search Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Set up Facebook Ads, test performance, and adjust budgets based on results.
- Analyze campaign data to continuously improve ROI and lead quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for effective execution.
3. Content and Social Media Strategy:
- Develop plumbing/HVAC-specific content, including 3-4 blog posts per month.
- Cross-post content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Manage social media profiles to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Coordinate with external vendors for content creation and marketing support.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Proven experience in digital marketing or SEO within the plumbing or HVAC industry.
- Expertise in SEO, Google Local Search/maps, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and content creation.
- Proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot, and design tools (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Additional language proficiency.
