join our team as an Executive Assistant / Sales Associate. This unique role combines administrative

Job Summary:The Executive Assistant & Sales Associate will support senior executives by managing schedules,
handling communications, coordinating meetings, engaging in sales activities, and providing
Technical Support and social media management support. This role requires someone highly
organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The ideal
candidate will be proactive, personable, and skilled in managing administrative tasks, sales
activities, IT-related functions, standard operating procedures (SOP), and basic web development
tasks.
Key Responsibilities:Executive Assistant Duties:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars,
scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various
administrative and operational tasks to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect any process changes or improvements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Perform general office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining a tidy
workspace.
Sales Associate Duties:- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product/service presentations and provide detailed information to clients.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share market feedback and improve the sales process.
Technical support, Web Development & Social Media Management:- Provide basic technical support, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues and
assisting with technology-related inquiries.
- Manage company social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement
with followers.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content strategy and improve audience
engagement.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the company website, including basic web development tasks
such as updating content, creating landing pages, and ensuring functionality.
- Build and maintain online forms and surveys using tools like Google Forms, JotForm, or similar
platforms.
- Ensure data security and maintain backup protocols for critical company information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align web content and social media efforts with broader
marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Associate, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, and basic
- Technical support troubleshooting.
- Basic skills in web development (e.g., HTML, CSS) and familiarity with website management
- Platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix).
- Experience with form-building tools such as Google Forms, JotForm, or similar.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
