What we're looking for
Our client, a US-based Marketing Business is seeking a Senior Content Producer & Graphic Designer to join the paid social team and lead the way on creative production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing, graphic design, and multimedia production, with proven experience in both paid and organic content creation. They will have worked with performance marketing campaigns on meta and understand what it takes to build winning creatives. You will work as part of a paid social team that is rapidly scaling the activity as part of a larger home services business in the US.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality video content and graphics for advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with teams to design visual materials.
- Own the creative production to ensure the team always has a stream of new testable creatives.
- Lead the creative ideation process and end-to-end delivery of the Meta creative team.
- Accountable for sourcing imagery and video - this could include stock, b-roll, sourcing talent for videos or working with influencers.
- Leverage AI to improve the efficiency of the creative production.
Requirements
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, and others)
- Strong proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and animation.
- Experience working with US audiences.
- Experience working in performance marketing to drive positive ROAS at scale.
- Proven ability to create winning social media content or ad creatives.
- Advanced English spoken and written skills.
