It also means understanding the needs of entrepreneurs by offering them a UNIQUE and CUSTOMIZED experience. In your day-to-day work, you will take charge of the immediate needs of our entrepreneurs and ensure that the company has the best tools to propel it towards success. Examples of needs : Transactional (ADA, stop payment, check order, package, change of address), financing (loans, line of credit, credit cards), savings, etc. The companies served by our client relation center are from different industries (manufacturing, commercial, services, organizations, real estate, etc.) and show needs according to the different stages of their progress (start-up, growth, maturity, succession company). The Customer Service Representative must therefore develop/possess a curiosity for the different business sectors and adjust his support according to the life cycle of the business. More specifically, you will be required to :
Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention
Advise members and clients on specialized products and services and ensure member/client satisfaction
Develop solutions tailored to client needs, negotiate terms, and prepare integrated service offers
Help achieve business development objectives by prospecting for, identifying and developing new business opportunities to balance member/client satisfaction, profitability and risk
Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in your field

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Strong communication skills in English and French, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties, work tools and because the position involves interactions with English and French speaking partners, members and/or clients
Available to work from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
