Job Description:

The Role:

This positionwill plan and deliver high impact training courses in the aesthetics and beauty sector for external partners and current and potential clients in the assigned country.

What you’ll do:

JobResponsibilities

• Ensure robust learning experiences that create understanding & allow for upselling across the country. 

• Collaborate with local sales and marketing staff and the EMEA Training & Education team to understand business needs.  

• Provide the highest level of treatment training in accordance with global protocol. 

• Act as a sophisticated presenter and motivational educator with knowledge of learning systems. 

• Ability to deliver hands-on training in groups of 4 to 100 participants. 

• Manage and facilitate internal and external training activities within the local Centre of Expertise. 

• Support country teams with LMS assistance as required.

• Work closely with local sales teams to support field training and trade shows. 

• Book Academies and HFX venues and send confirmation emails to students.

• Order stock and supplies and send stock/deliveries.

• Maintain Academies booking document/calendar.

• Report Academy/HFX cancellations and no shows to accounts so a charge can be issued.

• Other duties as assigned.

What you need to know:

Experience/Skills/Education

Required:

• A minimum of 2-3 years proven experience as a trainer. 

• Strong communication & polished presentation skills to deliver high impact in front of audiences large and small – face to face and on camera.

• Proven event coordination track record including vendor management.

• Experience using LMS.

• Knowledge of effective teaching methods, tools and instructional design methodologies. 

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office software, with extensive experience in PowerPoint.  

• Ability to travel frequently, including domestic and international travel on average 50-70%. 

• Fluency in English and local language a must(German).

Desired:

• Beauty or aesthetics industry experience.

• Aesthetic license with clinical/hands on experience, strongly preferred.

• Other language skills.
