Head of Marketing Operations
The Role:
This role requires a well-rounded digital marketer with expertise in SEO and CRO and with the proven ability to design and manage a paid digital media strategy (either executed in-house or through an agency). The candidate for this role must be an expert and have proven experience in driving new, relevant web traffic through SEO as well as being able to demonstrate knowledge and activity in converting web traffic to customers, whether they be event attendees / exhibitors or in a sphere outside the event world.
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC)
- Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategy with the marketing team to define customer experience and target journeys by channel and specific measurable goals to inform optimisation and ROI
- Improve email marketing strategies by working collaboratively with Marketing Managers
- Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure appropriate visibility and tracking of multi-channel conversion and channel attribution
- Manage budgets for specific campaigns and optimises spend according to metrics
- Manage website UX/UI , landing pages, website CTAS and lead generation forms
- Development and implementation of link building strategies
- Increase conversion rates and drive MQL’s, collaborate with teams (Product Marketing teams, CS, etc) responsible for blogging, email, social media, in order to optimize each conversion path
- Work on to improve, implement and the execution process of the digital products across the Türkiye brands
- Ensure optimisation of marketing technology solutions, identify training needs and ensure line report/s are technically proficient.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications or Marketing discipline or equivalent years of practical relevant experience
- Min 4 years and above of experience in leading/ executing marketing campaigns including organic and paid campaigns and 2+ years of management experience
- Highly proficient in web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
- Experience with A/B multi variant testing tools and technologies regarding CTAs, navigation, web forms, landing page, content placement and user flow
- Good Knowledge of Web Analytics Tools, Tag Managers such as Insider, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, etc
- An understanding of SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social and/or other performance marketing/digital marketing disciplines
- Experience reporting on success/failure of optimization efforts
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing & effective website design
- Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Advanced Excel)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Advanced level of English and Turkish
