We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing efforts by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for turning data into strategic marketing decisions that drive business growth.Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels (e.g., digital campaigns, social media, website traffic, CRM) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI. Present findings to the marketing team and other stakeholders.
Market Research:Design and conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis. Use this data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
Campaign Optimization: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. Provide recommendations for targeting, messaging, and channel selection to improve overall effectiveness.
Customer Segmentation: Analyze customer data to identify segments and develop targeted marketing strategies to reach specific audiences effectively.
Budget Management:Monitor marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and data-sharing practices.
Tools & Technology:Utilize marketing analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms) to gather and analyze data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and actionably.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Problem-Solving, the ability to think critically and solve problems creatively, using data to drive decisions.

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
At least 4-6 years of experience in a Marketing Analyst role, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with a deep understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs.
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.
