Job Overview:

The CRM Manager will lead our customer relationship management initiatives, focusing on utilizing Klaviyo for email marketing, managing SMS and WhatsApp communications, and optimizing customer interactions through Bitespeed and Onetext. This role is essential for improving customer retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Klaviyo Management: Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo. Monitor campaign performance, analyze customer behavior, and recommend enhancements to improve engagement.
  • SMS/WhatsApp Strategy: Take ownership of SMS and WhatsApp communication channels. Design and execute targeted campaigns to foster customer interactions and loyalty.
  • Bitespeed & Onetext Management: Oversee customer engagement through Bitespeed and Onetext, ensuring seamless communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these tools into our overall CRM strategy.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Create reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Customer Segmentation: Develop and refine customer segments based on behavior, preferences, and demographics to personalize marketing efforts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives. Provide training and guidance to team members on CRM best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM management or digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo and experience with SMS marketing and customer engagement tools (Bitespeed and Onetext) is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Will work with the creative team to coordinate designs etc
