Project Manager

BizVA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, human resources, timekeeping, and staffing to assist in managing key projects and supporting business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Streamline daily operational processes for efficiency.
• Assist HR with workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
• Oversee timekeeping systems for accurate tracking of hours, leave, and attendance.
• Manage staffing schedules and resource allocation to optimize team productivity.
• Generate and maintain reports in Excel and Google Sheets to track project progress, staffing levels, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate across HR, operations, and finance to align project goals.
• Identify challenges and provide solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, HR Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or HR-related roles.
• Familiarity with timekeeping software and staffing management tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in HR practices, including recruitment and employee management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage priorities effectively.
• Exposure to US HR and staffing processes in fast-paced work environments.
• Ability to work 6 days a week, with a willingness to do overtime as needed.
• Must be willing to have their camera on for the entire shift.
• Experience in managing virtual teams.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
